Can you send gifts to multiple addresses?
Yes — this service is designed for delivery to multiple recipients. Simply upload your completed recipient list via our bulk order form, and we’ll pack and ship each gift individually to the specified addresses.
What information do you need from us?
We’ll need your selected gift box(es), total quantity, branding preferences, preferred delivery timeframe, and a completed recipient list uploaded via our bulk order form.
Can each gift include a personalised card or message?
Yes. We include one standard card message per order, which is printed and included in every gift. This ensures a consistent, polished presentation across all recipients.
Your card message can be entered directly in the bulk order form at the time of ordering.
What are the lead times for direct-to-client orders?
For custom-branded orders, we recommend allowing approximately 4 weeks for setup, packing and delivery. Unbranded boxes or repeat orders may be dispatched sooner, depending on quantities and courier timeframes.
How do we place a bulk order?
Bulk orders are submitted via our Bulk Corporate Order Form. Download the recipient list template, complete it with delivery details, upload it with your order, and our team will be in touch to confirm next steps.
