Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

  • Your payment details are stored securely.

  • You’ll be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose a prepaid plan.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their cycle.

You may cancel or update your subscription at any time.
Your order confirmation email includes a link to manage your subscription directly.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to secure an item that is out of stock or coming soon.

  • At checkout, we may collect either no payment, a partial deposit, or your stored payment method.

  • The remaining balance (or full payment) will be charged automatically when the item is ready to ship.

You may cancel any partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

Once a pre-order has shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled — however, you may still be eligible for a refund.

Try Before You Buy

For try-before-you-buy items:

  • We place an authorization hold on your payment method before shipping.

  • You have a set trial period to decide whether you wish to keep the item.

  • If the item is not returned within the trial window, your payment method will be charged in full automatically.
