Thank you for shopping with Luxe & Co. We aim to make your gifting experience seamless from checkout to delivery. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, and other important details.


Processing Times

All standard orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

During peak periods (such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, or corporate gifting seasons), processing times may extend to 5–7 business days. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you directly.

Custom, bulk or branded corporate orders may require additional lead time. Your account manager will provide a tailored timeline during ordering.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, order size and chosen delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 3–10 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia-wide): 1–4 business days

  • Local Courier / Same-Day Delivery (if available): At checkout

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, transit times are the responsibility of the carrier.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Multiple Address Shipping

We are happy to ship to multiple addresses for corporate or event gifting.
For bulk or multi-address orders, please contact us at admin@luxeco.net so we can coordinate delivery details and provide a custom shipping quote.


Shipping for Corporate, Custom & Bulk Orders

Large corporate orders, customised branding, or bulk shipments may require:

  • Custom quotes

  • Additional lead time

  • Split shipments or fulfilment to multiple locations

Your Luxe & Co. gifting specialist will confirm all shipping details before dispatch.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
If you require international delivery for a corporate order, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.


Delivery Issues

Please inspect your items upon arrival and notify us immediately if:

  • Your order is damaged

  • An item is missing

  • You received the wrong item

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once parcels are in the hands of the delivery carrier, shipping delays are outside our control.
However, we will assist where possible by opening an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

Luxe & Co. is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier

  • Weather events, strikes or unforeseen disruptions

If you would like to request a local pickup (for major corporate orders only), please contact us before placing your order.
